It’s like the FEMA agency goes out if it’s way to embarrass itself and screw things up. Either the entire staff is mentally defective and incompetent or this is some internal diabolical plot to destroy the agency from within. The latest, a FAKE press conference… “FEMA drafted at least four of its employees to play the part of reporters at a hastily called press conference when no members of the press showed up.” FEMA throws a party and no one shows up? Man, that’s got to suck. Kato Kalin could throw a press conference and have reporters show up!
